About the Journal
The Business Lawyers Association of Serbia is the founder and the publisher of the scientific journal entitled ”Law and Economy“, which focuses on various theoretical and practical issues of business law. ”Law and Economy“ appears since 1993 and it continues the tradition of the former ”Handbook of Business Law“. At first the journal appeared monthly, and since 2005 it appears three times a year, one of the issues every year being dedicated to the traditional annual Congress of business lawyers held in Zlatibor (in past in Vrnjačka Banja). The journal belongs to the group M 51 and the author gets 3 points for the published work.
The Journal is published in Serbian language, in cyrillic alphabet. Each article is followed by a summary and key words in English language. Since 2001 ”Law and Economy“ contains articles and other contributions of foreign authors in the original language, provided that they are written in English, German or French.

The decision on whether an article would be published is taken by the Editorial Board, following two anonymous recensions written by experts in the specific field of business law that the article in question is related to.
Papers published in Serbia or abroad, including their translations, are accepted for publishing only if the Editorial Board decides so, after having examined each specific request.
