The decision on whether an article would be published is taken by the Editorial Board, following two anonymous recensions written by experts in the specific field of business law that the article in question is related to.

Papers published in Serbia or abroad, including their translations, are accepted for publishing only if the Editorial Board decides so, after having examined each specific request.
